New Glitch Pre-Paid Sign-In

Somewhere along the line when signing into Pre-Paid, I started getting a notification saying “We’re just making sure it is you” and I have to enter a 6 digit code which is sent to me. This is fine and has been working until today.

Today it is not accepting the codes Koodo is sending (says Invalid Security code). I tried the 1st code 2 times, then I had Koodo send another code and tried that one - no luck. It is possible with the first code I entered I could have made an error (don't think I did), but the next 2 times I triple checked to make sure they were correct.

I have one try left - even though I have tried 3 times and it said I only have 3 attempts.

Is anyone experiencing this?

I gave it 2 days before trying again and the code that was sent worked. I assume it was just a glitch that day.
