T-Mobile network on both Pixel 5a phones did work flawlessly from NY to PA except for voicemail. However, from West SC to Florida I have nothing but US Roaming data.
I can’t get to Prepaid Support by phone or SMS. Do I go to a T-Mobile store or ?

+4Prepaid doesn’t have access to VoLTE so it can only run on the 3g network.
The carriers in the US are turning down their 3G networks so service is going to be very spotty right now unfortunately.
