How come I cannot call my Healthcare provider 1 833 Lumenus (586 3687) from my Koodoo phone, but can from Bell Mobility and  any landline

I migrated a Pixel 4a and a Pixel 7 to Koodo on May 8th.  I added Premium Voicemnail as a feature following https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/visual-voicemail and successfully tested it - I get voicemails delivered as audio files via MMS.  However, I cannot  access the list of voicemails that should be available via the Android Phone app under Voicemail On both devices, I get “Can’t activate visual voicemail”.   If I click on “Retry”, I get "Activating visual voicemail" with something about Syncing and then get “Can’t activate ...” again.  Under Phone / Settings / Voicemail,  “Change PIN” is greyed out because “Visual voicemail is not activated yet, please try again later.”  I have tried clearing the Phone cache without success.  Are there special requirements for this Android Phone feature?    I can clear the messages by calling the Voicemail number but it would be great to manage voicemails via the Android Phone app.

Every single day, my koodo internet "updates" for countless hours. According to the troubleshooting page, when the LAN is blinking green, that means the internet is updating, why does it take so long? It says not to touch it so I don't but then it takes forever and hours later I end up unplugging it and plugging it back in when I get frustrated. I'm tired of not having internet all night/morning and I'm genuinely considering switching providers because of this. Does it have to update every night? Can it not just work after its done? I don't understand. And why don't they have a number we can call? Just ridiculous  

Does anyone have instructions on how to use NordVPN (or any other VPN) with the Telus router?

How do I set this up or is it even possible? Note: my home hub handset doesn’t seem to be functioning. Currently I cannot call out but can retrieve voicemail by calling my home hub number from my cell and entering my passcode.TIA,Neal

...and all I did was install whatsapp and make one phone call. 

Is there a way to stop a nuisance call that goes direct to voicemail? I suspect I may have blocked the caller, and now I have to clear a message from the same number on a daily basis. So frustrating.

I just got the Koodo wifi with the modem and wifi router 6 and set it all up according to the setup email I got from koodo. I waited till the activation date (today, May 20) but once everything was connected the light on the router turned red. I’ve tried plugging out and in a few times (waiting the 30 sec in between as recommended) and it still doesn’t work. I’ve factory reset both the modem and router but still a red light. But when I go to my wifi settings on my phone I see my wifi and I get connected but it says no internet connection. I’ve looked online and it seems none has ever had this problem and I’ve tried the ai chat on koodo but nothing and I can’t get someone to call me from koodo because it’s a holiday today. I don’t know what to do or what is wrong with it. Does anyone know anything I don’t lol? 

Signal coverage is significantly different outside and inside of my house. The coverage is average outside of the house, 2-3 signal bars, normal data speed connection. The moment I step inside of the house get sudenly 1 signal bar and data speed conection drasticaly drop that it is imposible to browser even basic websites. Any idea hos to solve this?

I have contacted Koodo many times in the past 6 months.   I live along the border and having roaming off.  Also have only connect to koodo network set in settings.  What else can I do?  I am tired of arguing with the people on the other end.  I have not and never will be going to the states.  

Just received a new iphone 15 pro. Data transfer went smoothly but it is not connecting to the Koodo network. What do I need to do?

I just subscribed to Stream+  When I click the link in the email from Koodo to activate Disney+ and Amazon, it brings me to my subscription page, but no subscriptions show up. I was able to activate Netflix because Netflix sent a email separately from Koodo to link my account.  I see this isn’t a unique situation so if anyone has any tips, I’d appreciate it!

I am visiting Canada and five days ago purchased a Koodo SIM so I would have phone service and internet access. The agent installed the SIM for me and everything worked fine for five days. Yesterday I was unable to make calls - I get a code 11B1. I need to get the service I have paid for. Help, please!

I restart my rooter and my modern. nothing help i try to unplug and replug all stuff and nothing red light in my modem and deux green light on my rooter (lan and power)

I have Koodo account and I want to buy an IPhone from Apple and trade this out for my other phone. How do I do this and what are the fees if I do not purchase the phone from Koodo? k 

Koodo sent my phone to a random address not on my file. Do to not being able to talk to someone and having to wait for call back they were too late to rectify. I was told Canada post would correct it and it would be delivered 4 days ago. I have received no confirmation emails of updated address or correction. I placed a call back request with chat 5 honours ago and the call dropped do the poor network and now I have to wait another 3 hours for a callback. Beyond frustrated with this service. 

Hello, i signed up for a new phone and it says it got delivered today, i cant find it anywhere. UPS needs Koodo to reach out or i need to reach out to koodoo so they can find it but its very hard to contact koodoo. How can i contact koodoo regarding lost phone in mail?

I was looking to upgrade my phone and saw koodo was offering the Iphone 14 Pro Max with a $410 tab bonus. Unfortunately, by the time I decided on getting it it was out of stock. I was wondering if anyone knew how often they get restocked and if they do will the tab bonus be available too. Thanks!

About a month ago a door-to-door sales representative from Koodo sold us home internet. A month later our modem has not been delivered to us, and upon reviewing the shipping email I realized that the address on the email was incorrect, as the Koodo sales representative had inputted our house number incorrectly.We had visited the house it was incorrectly delivered to and the house owner had discarded the package. Please, we have already paid the monthly fee and are still due to pay the bill again without even having the modem installed yet. We would like another modem delivered to us.Thank you.

My koodo home phone does not ring for incoming calls.This is a recent occurrence.I can call out. If I pick up the home phone while someone is actively calling it, I get a dial tone.  

Hi, I locked my SIM card and now it’s asking for a puk code. I can’t get a call back from Koodo until tomorrow and I am supposed to be on call for my employer… any help would really be appreciated!

I kept getting error when entering my cards for payment and I have tried all of them, Visa debit/credit both not working. I can’t seem to find a way to reach out to a rep. Please help?

Hello, I ordered a Galaxy A52 5G off of eBay and I received it today. The problem is that when I put my prepaid Koodo SIM card in it, I get no service and if I try to search for networks manually I just get an error telling me nothing’s available. If that’s not weird to you yet you might be lucky, the About tab in the settings tells me what my phone number is but I have the circle with a slash in it where the signal bars are supposed to be, if I try to switch between 5G/4G/3G that doesn’t help any. Thanks for any help.

For the past day or 2 my phone (google pixel 5) has been giving my constant notices as seen in the title and is switching non-stop between hspa and LTE.I’ve double checked the APN is correct. Restarted the phone multiple times. Nothing sticks. If I switch airplane mode off and on (or reboot) it’ll smarten up for a while, but give it 20-30 minutes and it starts acting up againAny ideas? 

The pre-owned galaxy s22 and the s21 ultra 5G are at 0$ but were out of stock from the start, is it because its not available yet?
