I restart my rooter and my modern. nothing help i try to unplug and replug all stuff and nothing red light in my modem and deux green light on my rooter (lan and power)

so that’s a bit odd, do you have an old modem that you’re able to plug the COAX cable into to see if the services itself is active? Are you also past the activation date? As if that shows red or green that will help narrow down the problem if the service just isn’t turned on yet or if it is the modem itself.
I dont have a other modern unfortunately and I have been with koodo for 3 months and since this morning the wifi has stopped for no reason.

in that case I know you have restarted the router but have you tried the steps found here? This will reset the modem to default https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/how-to-reset-your-modem-and-your-router
try that and see if it works out, if not you may have to schedule a call back with a rep through your self serve in case you just have a defective modem, that or their technical support might be able to offer more of an assistance from afar
