+4NordVPN is a software based VPN, you don’t have to set it up on the router but you have to download and setup on your PC/laptop/phones.
+4I don’t see it on their list of supported routers.

Your options would be to buy a supported router and set that up, or as Dinh mentioned, setup the vpn individually for each device.
