I just subscribed to Stream+ 

 

When I click the link in the email from Koodo to activate Disney+ and Amazon, it brings me to my subscription page, but no subscriptions show up. 

I was able to activate Netflix because Netflix sent a email separately from Koodo to link my account. 

 

I see this isn’t a unique situation so if anyone has any tips, I’d appreciate it!

 


Could you try on a different web browser? or a different device. It seems there was some issue with the web page that couldn’t load data.
