Every single day, my koodo internet "updates" for countless hours.
According to the troubleshooting page, when the LAN is blinking green, that means the internet is updating, why does it take so long? It says not to touch it so I don't but then it takes forever and hours later I end up unplugging it and plugging it back in when I get frustrated. I'm tired of not having internet all night/morning and I'm genuinely considering switching providers because of this. Does it have to update every night? Can it not just work after its done? I don't understand. And why don't they have a number we can call? Just ridiculous
