Any idea on why after re-activating my phone from a seasonal hold last Sat March 11, I still cannot get data on my phone? I can see that the system already started billing me immediately after i completed the transaction. That is from March 11 thru end of March, including the advanced payment for April.Is there anything i am missing that i forgot to do?

I'll be in the states for 9 days, and expect to use only texting and a small amount of data.  It appears that pay-per-use roaming is the better way to go.  I've removed US Easy Roam from my add-ons, but I'm not sure what else I need to do to ensure I have no Easy Roam and no other surprises.  This is what my add-ons look like.  Can someone confirm that I've done what needs to be done? Also, since I expect to use some data in addition to texts,  I gather that I have to leave Mobile Data and Data Roaming set to on on my phone - is this correct?My add-ons$0 Call Control$0International Data Roaming$0Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance$0Koodo VoLTE Access$0International Voice Roaming$0Total add-ons per month$0

Hello, I would like to dispute a roaming charge as I was on Canada but near the US boarder.

Hello,  i just changed my plan from 65$ 20GB to the new plan 65$ 30GB data and it says in my data usage that only 19 is available. why is that?

Is it possible to change my plan so I am paying less? I have way too much data that I will ever use. Currently on $55 50 GB plan postpaid. Thanks in advance.

Hello:As per most mobile providers the international pay per use data fees are as clear as mud.For the examples below are the data allotments per bill cycle (as SMS is clearly spelled out or per text)  or for a 24hr period like some other providers?In other words if I am in the USA for 14 days during my bill cycle and use only 40MB of data in total will I only be charged $10 as its under the 50MB cap? I ask as iPhones appear to have data leakage issues irrespective of cell data and roaming being off.  Example being 0.7kb in system services to find a new time zone and I’m tired of being charged 12-16$ for roam like home services when this leakage happens. Taking the SIM out or using Airplane mode is not an option as I have an elderly mother and I may have an emergency call.  I also can’t access any Banking Info that requires sending two step SMS codes!!In other words its bloody frustrating.  Any help appreciated.ThanksG 

My data works fine and I have good service. But everytime I go to make a phone call it is just silent. No rings go through, nothing or call failed. I can't get in contact with Koodo because I can't call and there's no way to chat online with someone. I’ve turned on and off the phone, I reset everything, I took out the sim, I left it off for an hour. Calls ring but won’t connect. This is iPhone please help

I tried to access my voicemail messages last night (9 of them) on my cell phone only to find that all 9 vm msgs had been deleted.  I did not do this.  Is there any way to retrieve these vm msgs??  Thank you.

I currently have the Unlimited International SMS as a perk on my account. I’m considering changing my plan and using the Rolling Data as a perk instead (that is appealing). The thing is I will have to pay for “incoming” international sms? I don’t care about outgoing because I don’t really send any, but with 2-factor authentication up the ying yang nowadays and some of those will probably originate from outside Canada. Will I get charged for those? If yes, how much per  “incoming” international sms?

My bill is suddenly $10 more and I'm not sure why? There is typically this monthly credit (see in red) that appears that is no longer showing on my bill this month. The Self Serve Address Change application is BROKEN !When I start typing my address,  my correct address IS found.  But when I select the correct address, the pop-up window that then appears and says “We think we’ve found a match. Select your address:” shows an incorrect address - an address that does not exist !The same window pops up with the same incorrect address  when I enter my address Manually !  In effect, there is NO OPTION to enter my address manually.I’ve seen somewhere that Address Change can only be done via Self Serve for “Privacy and security reasons”.   Then I saw posts here by others with problems changing addresses. They were helped by people who were “Mobile Master” or “Official Rep”.  Who are these people? Are they employees of Koodo like those whom I used to talk to on the phone in the past?For years, I haven’t worried about my billing address being incorrect -  because I don’t get my statements in the mail.  But now I may need to wor

I need Koodo’s help to provide me with a phone number for an incoming call that was a private number. I tried calling Koodo customer service and technical support and they could not help me. The person threatened me and I need the phone to contact the local police. Please call me so we can discuss this serious situation further. 

So, I decided I wanted to pay off my tab balance. Now, when I clicked to pay, it then popped up that the balance had changed to 0$. However, it didn't ask me how I wanted to pay and I don't see a charge on my bank account. Does anyone know why this is or where I could find what it was charged to?

My monthly allotment of data was used in a matter of days.  There are some unusual high periods of data usage.  While there have been months that I use all data, it’s never within a couple of days.  Could this be some sort of glitch?

I need to change the name on the account and the email address for billing.How do I do this?

I have been trying to talk to a koodo agent for months now. That stupid machine will not let me go to an agent. What can i do here i am extremely frustrated. They keep me charging me for bullshit and i cant even call customer care to get those charges removed? 

I have been using my cell phone as also my business phone for texting only, but my customers keep trying to call me. So I want to have a business phone number that's texting only to communicate with them on, and have my personal phone number for the rest of what I need. Is there a way to do that? 

Hi - I checked my data use (very low) and see that there are several “events” that use data when I am asleep. Usually between 2:00 and 6:00 a.m. Most are for less than a MB but this week there was one that used 35 MB! Why? I am not checking sites, receiving or sending anything. As I said, I am asleep and I don’t use my phone while asleep. When my phone is at home, it uses my wifi so data should not be touched. 

Keep getting error message, “Sorry! We can’t complete this process right now. Please try again later.”

Having issues with connecting new SIM card. I lost my previous SIM card while travelling and purchased a new one. I get to step 5 (https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support) and the screen keeps loading after putting in the verification code from my email. I really need help with this as I am not getting my messages and can’t use my phone when not on WIFI. I tried to get a call back from a customer service rep and then realized I can’t be called on my number as it’s not associated with the new SIM yet. URGENT help!

Do I need to remove my sim card when I am on a seasonal hold? I have an esim arranged for a trip to Europe but was hoping to know if I need to remove my physical sim card. Thanks!

My wife and I will be travelling out of the country soon. We have our phones on the same account, but obviously have individualized plans. What I want to know is if we will both have to add Easyroam for $16/day  or if we add it to the account and may both use it.
