Dial 611 from your phone and Koodo will a sms link to start Koodo Assist. You can use that link to schedule a callback.

Here is everything Koodo Assist can do:
+4Normally when people cancel Koodo service they would like to keep the current number (by going to another carrier). If you would like to do so, just port your number to another one. That would automatically cancel Koodo service.
Also, I assumed you are a postpaid customer.
