I need to change the name on the account and the email address for billing.
How do I do this?

You could change the address, email in your selfserve.

However, name change is a different issue. You would have to do an owner ship transfer that cost $50.

I assumed you are a postpaid customer?


Yes, I am postpaid customer.  I tried going into selfserve but I cannot find “change info” or “change personal info or anything like that.  I have tried to log into my account several times in the past couple of hours but this is all I keep getting.  Anyone else having issues as well?
 

 


I forgot to ask also, how do we pay the fee and change the name?
