Managing your Services

I touched the add3 button on my text message as by accident and it added an extra 3gigs for 10$. I want to remove it but can't in the self serve .. it says it's there in overview, but it's not when I want to manage!

Order for new plan appears in cart although no option to click to pay.  I don’t need a new phone. I only want to change the plan. The page doesn’t give an option to click “next” or “continue” so i can pay for the order. It’s asking me for an order number, although I wasn't’ given one. How can I pay so I can complete this order online?Thank you, Rita

When the people call me, they hear that this number under call control, if you want through, need press number, like this. How it's happened?

Hello everyone, I traveled overseas abroad with my phone and koodo number. My phone was broken and to install WhatsApp on a new one it is necessary to receive an SMS with the verification code. Because I am not in Canada now I cannot receive said SMS. Is there any way that Koodo can send me the code that I will receive from WhatsApp?Thank you.

Good afternoon! As you can see from the title I lost my phone with the Koodo sim in it. I have lots of important contacts connected to my phone number, as well as Viber, Whatsapp, etc. What should I do in this situation? I need this phone number! Thank you in advance! Best regards,Giorgio

I’m a prepaid customer using the $45/month plan with 4.5GB data. I finished the available data before the renewal date and I’m not sure how buy more data. I would like some instructions on how to go about it.

I’m going to the US for 3 days. May only need to use SMS. The pay-per-use rate is listed as $10 per 100 outgoing texts. Does this mean I pay $10 no matter what and can send up to 100 texts? In other words, if I only sent two texts, do I still pay $10? If this is the case, Easy Roam is obviously the way to go.Thanks!

Our trip will be longer than 30 days. Can we renew the plan while we’re in the States?

Hi, I am current prepaid user of Koodo. I have one question about U.S roaming data booster. If I buy that booster, can I use data right away once I land in U.S? I don’t need to phone and text service in U.S, I need just for searching something by data. Is there any extra fee I need to pay in advance or need to go Koodo to add some plan? I am going to stay 4 days in U.S next month. My friend told me that I need to prepare something else. can you give me some tips?  Thank you for your time! P.S If I need to pay extra, what kind of service I need to heads up?

is it possible to finance/upgrade my iphone while keeping the same plan?

Hi,I was wondering why Carrier Direct billing doesn’t work with Google Play Store but works just fine with Microsoft?  Don’t tell me Koodo doesn’t support it either cause I used to use it with Play store all the time but now the option is no longer there.  I know I have premium content enabled cause I pay for Xbox Game Pass with my Koodo account and I also use my account to pay for MS Office.  What’s going on?  I’ve tried everything that Google has suggested as well to no avail. Thanks,Jordan

I did a one time payment on my credit card and now Koodo thinks I authorized monthly credit card payment. But I did not!  I looked everywhere on my account and profile and nothing indicates that any pre-authorization has been granted. I want my card removed from the system so I can pay my bills through my bank like I used to.  How do I get my card removed from the system??? Nadia

We have a corporate Rogers account but when I fill the form it asks for First Name Last Name. When I enter the account number it says it is invalid. When I enter the Device Serial Number it says it’s invalid. Both are correct. Can someone help me with this?

Hello,I haven’t added any add-ons while I was in Canada. I’m trying to activate roaming from Armenia, added international roaming add-ons and easy roam, but still can’t connect to the network. How can I solve this problem? Thanks.

My plan is supposed to include data (have email for confirmation) but it still does not show.  I can’t find a number to leave a message for callback.  Is this still available?  How do you talk to someone?

I am a Telus customer but I want to switch to Koodo. My contract with Telus is up in May. If I cancel now do I need to pay out my contract with Telus?  Since Koodo is owned by Telus, I am curious if I can switch over or if I need to pay out my contract with Telus. I know I will have to pay out my phone balance, but I will be brining that phone to Koodo.Do I need to cancel with Telus before I signup with Koodo?I also have an Apple Watch, is it possible to use this with Koodo?

HelloI recently ported my number to Koodo because the Service Provider I had didn’t have coverage in my new place. I was able to call Koodo Shop and they assisted me with the porting which came at a $50 cost nonetheless. But the max data I could get was 15GB. I accepted it because I was desperate at the time for network coverage and data.At the moment, I needed a bit more data but I could not find any option in my Self Serve to upgrade my data plan to a much more bigger one.Does anyone know how I can go around this and be able to upgrade to a bigger data plan?Thank you all for your suggestions.

I got my girlfriend and I a shared plan a few years ago,  I switched to another provider for a while but she had a tab to pay so she stayed with koodo. I would like to switch back to koodo and migrate the number. When I try to migrate my phone number back to koodo it seems to use my old number for the account, I'm not sure where I can change this either.

I’m a former Koodo customer (April 2019-August 2021) and need a copy of my text records for when I was a Koodo customer, specifically from the period of May 2019-December 2019. I’m engaged in a dispute with my car dealership over promises made to me by the sales rep, and require access to text conversations he and I had in order to prove to the dealership what was promised to me at the time of sale. I have repeatedly called the customer service phone number for Koodo (1-866-995-6636) but cannot for the life of me get through to a customer service representative for assistance. Every time I call, I get directed to a series of pre-recorded messages and then get disconnected.

I am a Koodo Customer. I am currently out of the country and would like to pre-authorize my phone number port-out (leaving Koodo), since I do not have access to my Canada phone service. I am told that I need to complete an EID quiz (extended credit quiz) to pre-authorize number port out.My issue here is that I would like to talk to a customer/support agent while out of country, but it seems to be impossible because the digital system keeps insisting on a call-back, and I do not have a Canadian number anymore.  What can I do in this situation? Is there a way I can speak to an agent over the phone without a Canadian number? Thank you.

Can you please advise whats the best Add_on I can opt for if I have to travel to India for 2 weeks as per day 14$ is too much? Even if I use it, will it still consumes my Data from Canada or I need to buy additional min/Text/Data to use in INDIA. Also, how is the coverage i.e. partners Koodo has in INDIA?

What is the limit of the number of stored voicemails for people using visual voicemail?

Hey all, I feel like I know the answers to these, but the Koodo website does not provide direct answers. If I am on a postpaid plan, let’s say the 15$ starter plan, and travelling abroad for months at a time, will I get charged anything for receiving text messages? My only needs while abroad are to occasionnally receive text messages for 2FA purposes, and to keep my phone number. I’m currently on a postpaid plan, the same plan I was on while paying back my tab. My tab is now paid and cleared. How come I can see the 15$ starter plan when I am NOT logged in, but I don’t see it when I am logged in? Do I have to call or go in-store to get the BYOP plans, even though it says Available Online Only? Thank you in advance for the help.

K 6th Tab paid off with Koodo Been attempting for 2 hours to find out what my monthly bill will be without a tab paymentThis is insane - is it truly thar difficult to provide a Customer Service Rep??Totally making me think about the fact I purchased a Huawei phone WITH Insurance, it was stolen within 2 months... regardless of my loyalty I was made to pay the phone off in full - even with Criminal charges filed - knew I should have bailed then!!Anyone got a second between coffee breaks to answer a VERY simple question My Tab is paid in full,  you know what plan I'm on - what are my monthly bills moving forward??????

Hi there, I have switched cell phone planes to Telus, so I would like to discontinue my plan with Koodo, as well as paying off my tab balance. Is there a phone number I could call? Thanks
