Trying to port number from Rogers to Koodo

We have a corporate Rogers account but when I fill the form it asks for First Name Last Name.

When I enter the account number it says it is invalid.

When I enter the Device Serial Number it says it’s invalid.

Both are correct.

Can someone help me with this?

You wouldn’t need the device serial number. I believe, your account number and name should be enough.

Regarding the account number, I assumed you enter the Rogers account number in the bill (not your phone number)?

Tried without serial number but just gives error, something went wrong.

you mentioned you got a “corporate Rogers account”, Was the account under your name? If it belongs to the company, you couldn’t port it to another carrier.

You should be able to port out with your account number. Have you spoke with a rep from Rogers dealing with corporate accounts to provide you with the information needed to make that port transfer?

The error is not very helpful. Try clearing your browser's cache and see if that fixes things. 

Thanks for the suggestions. In the end I called porting assistance 1-844-232-7678 and they said this is a known issue with Business/Corporate ports and they ported it in a couple minutes.
