My plan is supposed to include data but it still does not show.

My plan is supposed to include data (have email for confirmation) but it still does not show.  I can’t find a number to leave a message for callback.  Is this still available?  How do you talk to someone?

Do you happen to have a $0 add-on for data? Sometimes they'll apply those to get a certain deal that you wouldn't be able to get otherwise.

How did you sign up with Koodo? When you mentioned “it didn’t show”, you meant it didn’t show in the phone or it didn’t show in your selfserve? Could you go to your self-serve and see which plan you were on? Which plan did you sign up and which plan did it show?

The plan is supposed to include 2gb of data.  Self Serve shows the plan but without the data.  I contacted Koodo on Dec 18th and they said it was corrected.  I have an email confirmation that states the correction.  However I logged in today and see that it still does not show data included.
