I’m a prepaid customer using the $45/month plan with 4.5GB data. I finished the available data before the renewal date and I’m not sure how buy more data. I would like some instructions on how to go about it.

You can buy a booster with additional data. You can call 611 and add the booster following the prompts, but I think it would be easiest to visit prepaid self serve and add it there.

+4Koodo prepaid doesn’t offer any bigger data boosters. The only alternative would be to switch to another plan (and thus renew your billing cycle)… but you might want to be careful with that because Koodo’s newer plans all offer lower speed and/or cost more.
Another alternative would be a postpaid plan. For $45 you can have 6GB data on postpaid.
