I have switched cell phone planes to Telus, so I would like to discontinue my plan with Koodo, as well as paying off my tab balance. Is there a phone number I could call?

Did you port your number over to Telus? If so your account has automatically been cancelled with Koodo and you’ll receive a final bill for whatever you have left owing.
