I wanted to pay a portion of my koodo phone tab but instead a request to payoff the remaining balance was sent. Usually when I pay my monthly bill through the self-serve platform, I  given an option to modify the amount of the payment bit this wasn't available for the koodo tab payment. Also, I was not given an option to enter any payment information.  As soon as I clicked on: I want to pay tab it's said my tab balance was 0. Will it be on my bill and why was I not given any options whatsoever?

Hi I got a confirmation of 50% off my plan and 10/24 off in my phone tab as an employee of Bestbuy Mobile. But in my first bill I don’t see the 10/24 credit smh. Do I need to reapply for EPP discount?

I have the Shock-Free Data plan on my phone but I was charged $0.30 on my last bill with an exclamation point.  Can someone tell me how one gets this extra charge when I am expecting the data to be paused once the limit is reached, $0.30 is nothing this time but don’t want a shock in the future (as of many other horror stories I’ve heard).

I am trying to do taxes but am missing cell phone bills from my now close Koodo account. is there anyway to get copies of last year’s bills without a self serve account?

Hi,My husband, father and I are all switching our service from Rogers to Koodo. With Rogers, we are all on one single account. We would like to remain on one account at Koodo. I just purchased one SIM card (because I wasn’t able to add more than one SIM card to the cart at a time). I’m wondering how to add the two additional SIM cards I need to purchase to the same account?We will all be doing the bring your own device option if that makes any difference. 

Hi everyone, I was trying to add my visa card but it was saying “an error occurred” but then I tried with a amex card and it worked, My CIBC visa is my main card and I wanted Koodoo to charge that card. What can I do to solve this issue, thank you

I just started my Koodo service on March 1st, but I got a text message for a bill today (the 12th). I’m being charged full amounts for service from March 1-9, is this normal? Like this bill is a lot more than I expected and I’m not too happy about it.

hi, I've paid my bill through the bank account (pay now option, not with the pre-authorised payment).However, it kept showing the amount I have to pay and I assume I need to give a couple of days till the payment is processed. Does the “Tell us you've paid this balance” option only show after the due date? cuz I currently can not see it. How long does it normally take til the koodo receives and confirms my payment? (my due date is in 3 days)Thank you

I closed my Koodo postpaid account last month and relocated out of Canada. I closed my Koodo account and was told a final bill would be generated with the final amount due. I have now received this bill, but am unable to pay using my international credit card. The billing address on my account is Canadian and hence is not matching with the credit card information I am providing. How can I settle this final bill?

Hello,I recently moved to Calgary from Toronto. I changed my Sim card with a local store here in Calgary with my Alberta ID. In my bill I am still charged with Ontario HST 13%. I have kept my Toronto number.  I should be paying GST and not HST. Why tax amount is based on the area code? I no longer live there in Toronto and I have updated my address with Koodo too. I do not understand the reason behind this. You can not keep your number if you change the provinces. Is changing the number the only solution left with me?

I’m new to Koodo. I just received my first E-bill on February 19. I have it setup for pre-authorized payments to be taken out of my debit card. When exactly will Koodo pay my E-bill?

Hello,I am presently staying in India and would like to temporarily close my account. How can I do so? I tried to speak with a rep but no help so need some guidance upon my issue.

I paid my 350 dollar bill and yet my service has been cancel by koodo with out any notification. I have been trying for months to organize a call back and no one has helped me. I have been paying way too much to be dealing with such horrible service. If I cannot have a solution today, I will cancel. Could someone please help me find a way to get my service back.

I canceled my account because i left the countryand the bill is negative value,so I put auto payment(I searched on this pages so someone recommend the set auto payment) but a month later,bill still have same negative amount for billand I can not get a call from koodo because I am not in canadawhat can i do???
