I'm current out of country and need assistance cancel my plan


In this case you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it cancelled since you're out of  country. Do you still have a Canadian credit card or bank acct in order to pay the final bill conveniently?

If you wish to keep the number, you can opt to port to a VoIP service. You'll even be able to keep using it with data access where you are. Up to you if you feel that's worth it. The cost is free to extremely cheap, depending on the VoIP provider
