My tab balance is $0 but Koodo still has charged me on my next bill $15 for my tab. Please explain this.

You can check your tab history in self-serve to see when you bought it. Usually this is your final payment that will make it zero.

Can you post a screen shot of your tab history from self serve? 


 


This screenshot means, once you paid your bill generated on Nov 1st, then your tab will be $0
