Hi,
My pre-authorized payment came out on November 16th and was returned as the funds weren’t available in the account. The money is now there so will the money be deducted again now or do I have to make the payment myself?

Make the payment manually now to prevent any late charges.
Ideally pay with credit card as those transactions get applied most quickly

The payment should come out on the next cycle (though obviously larger than usual). You do have the option of making a one-time payment in Self Serve to clear the balance (and to reduce the likelihood of any service interruptions).
