Has anyone else had an issue with this? I recently set up a payment arrangement to pay by Dec 8th, 2021. I made this arrangement before Nov 16, and got notified that Koodo has processed a missed payment on Nov 17/18th affecting my credit score to drop. 

This was a pretty big drop and is the only 1 of 2 open items on my credit. I was under the impression having a payment arrangement would not impact credit as long as it's paid by the agreement date.

 

Payment arrangement only help you to continue to use Koodo service while you are having an unpaid balance with Koodo. They still report late payment to the credit agency. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/past-due-bill


Credit scores are based on the original due date and final payment date. Even if an arrangement has been made for an extension, payment is reported when made, but has still exceeded the original terms.
