Hi,I had my Koodo mobile since before PC mobile merged with Koodo. For some glitches might be I don't have access to my self-serve account. I don't use koodo anymore, my connection has been disconnected. Due to some medical emergencies, I had to return to my home country abruptly. Now I have some amount pending with Koodo. Now how do I pay the due amount via international payment? FYI, I don't have my complete account number. However, I do know the phone number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.TIA.
On Aug 26, I was near the U.S. border, but still physically in Canada. My phone automatically connected to roaming. I have changed the settings on my phone to no longer automatically select a network….but I cannot find a way to contact Koodo to remove the $10 charge associated with it. Please advise.Thank you.
As the title says.Is 1000minutes to the us for $10 no longer available? I do not have it as an option but the Koodo assistant says it’s still a thing.My work will pay for the 10 dollars but I will have to negotiate for unlimited for $15 which I don’t need.Thanks.
I’ve changed plans several times with Koodo and this hasn’t happened before: I changed from a $55 plan to a $60 plan in August, and on my August bill I was charged for BOTH plans at FULL cost. This must be an error, however it seems impossible at this time to get in touch with customer service (I tried Koodo Assist and it said no rep is available for a callback, and sent me in an infinite loop of requesting callback/receiving same message).
I just checked my bill for the first full month of service after switching to them because Xploremobile went out of business and I’m being charged for a 431 number I’ve never used and is different than my current number. I have no idea why it’s on my bill. Any idea what this could be or how to figure out what’s going on? One month in and I’m getting surprise charges already.
If I were to buyout my remaining tab balance, what would happen to my table bonus balance? Would that disappear or be altered? And would I be able to change plans to a different Koodo plan? Bonus Balance is a new feature that wasn't around last time I bought a phone through Koodo.Thank you!
Like the title says, I would like to know if I can just return my two samsung S20 FEs instead of paying off the tab and the tab bonus. I thought the total was going to come out to $240 dollars but instead they hit me $1000. They can have their phones back I cancelled their service because they kept issuing me more data when I never asked for it. Kind regards and thanks in advance for your help
Hello, recently midway through my billing period I was charged the same amount my bill normally would be under the term "Airtime Charges." I have unlimited text and international calling so I find this a bit odd.Since I was moving abroad, I had called an agent ahead of time to notify them and the agent said so long as I didn't send any messages I wouldn't be charged. I prepaid my bill ahead of time to avoid missing any overdue payments and took extra care not to send any messages and no calls came through but I was still charged this amount and will be charged again for the next month in a few days.
Im a prepaid customer who signed up for pre-paid monthly plan automatic top ups. When i first signed up it was around the 25th of the month. A year late, kudoos is going into my bank early and early. For example this month they are going in on the 18th of September. If i am paying a fixed priced for 30 days of service on a monthly basis why is kudos going into my bank every 21-26 days and not every 30-31 days?
I was charged $24 for US Easy roam on my last bill, ($12 each for both my phone and my husband’s phone) while I was just outside of Victoria in August on Vancouver Island - never having left Canada. I tried to chat and requested a call back but haven’t received it.How do I get this charge reversed?
This is the last straw. After totally lying about the cost of the lines and getting a half assed response that there was no note on my file about the cost the rep said the lines would be (Sales rep said $45/line for the 2nd and 3rd line I’m being charger $55 each) Now my daughter’s line has had the number changed over night with no notice. What is going on and how do you talk to an actual person with out having to wait 2 days for a callback.
I turned off my cell phone’s data while travelling in the USA and did not active the roaming feature yet I was still charged for 1 minute per day for 6 days while travelling. How do I dispute this? Also myy child used the roaming feature for 3 days but was charged for 4 days. How do I dispute this? I don’t know who to contact. Can this be rectified?
Good morning, On my most recent bill, I have been charged US roaming fees, although I did not leave Canada. This happened on my last bill as well even though I have Koodo selected as my server. I was told that would prevent this from reoccurring, but so far it has not made a difference. Anyway, once again could I please have this charge reversed. If there’s something else I need to know to prevent this, please let me know.Thank you!
I paid off my tab a few months ago and decided to move to a different carrier because of network issues where I live, but last month I was charged a Tab cancelation fees of $134. Don't if it's a false charge because everytime I search about it they say that they dont charge a cancelation fees.
Travelled from YYZ to YYC on August 19 by air, which is the same day this charge posted. I see a “Data Usage US” of 0.0020MB and got dinged $10 for it.I want to confirm and re-iterate: at NO point was I near a US border or crossed one, flying directly from Toronto Pearson Airport to Calgary Int’l Airport without any stopovers. My entire time there and back was within Canada.This is obviously an incorrect/inaccurate charge, and I am not able to connect to a Koodo Rep by phone or Koodo Assist, stating all help slots are full. No reply from Facebook help either, so trying here.Please let me know if I need to provide additional information about my account.
