Not Recieving Credit for Mobile Klinik Black Friday $30/20GB offer.
I’m posting here as I just got off the phone with a Koodo rep and was told they could not help me. I would have to wait until next month to see if an internal billing issue related to the promotion would be corrected, and If I didn’t see the credit on that next bill to call back.Well, this is the second time I've been told to wait until next bill and nothing is corrected. This was my call back, and right now I’m not very happy with the lack of customer assistance. I see there is a helpful rep on these forums, and I’m hoping maybe can you help my wife and I?We signed up for Mobile Klinik’s Black Friday $30/20GB promotion November 24th and bought two CPO Iphone 13 Pros on the tab. We were told we would see a $25 credit each month for the promotion and a $5 credit for byod. We did not see the $25 credit last month and contacted Mobile Klinik who stated they spoke with Koodo and it had been corrected; we would see our credits on the next months bills. Data Charges overnight?
Hi - I checked my data use (very low) and see that there are several “events” that use data when I am asleep. Usually between 2:00 and 6:00 a.m. Most are for less than a MB but this week there was one that used 35 MB! Why? I am not checking sites, receiving or sending anything. As I said, I am asleep and I don’t use my phone while asleep. When my phone is at home, it uses my wifi so data should not be touched.
Easy Roam Charge While In Canada
Hi, For the second time, I have received an Easy Roam charge while in Canada. I live in rural southeastern BC, so I can understand that the closest towers are sometimes US. But I didn’t use text or phone and was charged anyway. Is there any way to address this? Can I get the charge removed? Thanks.
Charged three times instead of one
I maxed out my data plan for the month and added one top up of $25 for 1gb right before renewal of my plan (which was too much but did not wanted to be missing!)I went to my self serve to check and under add-ons, I am seeing 3 top up charges for $25 for 1gb. Seems there might have been an error or bug.Could we revise this? Thank you so much.
Erroneous Roaming Charges
I have a contact who lives in NS, and have been charged roaming fees for text messages to their canadian number. Neither of us are/were roaming or travelling. I do not live near a boarder.Why is Koodo charging roaming fees here when the contact’s number is both Canadian and not connected to my account in any way? I see several guides from Koodo and community suggestions on how to prevent this. That being said, it should not be a customers responsibility to require both their own phones, and every one of their contacts to have device specific roaming settings enabled to prevent these erroneous charges. This has been a problem for years. When is the solution coming?Regarding the charges. How can we rectify these?Regards,Scott
Good afternoon Query 1 - BillingUpon reviewing my 2022 phone expenses I have found 3 months (Jan, Mar, May 2022) where I was asked to pay the previous months charges BUT i had already paid them?? Why do I see a charge on our bill for Stream+ services we never used nor asked for?
We noticed an email saying we had subscribed to Stream+. Immediately went to the Koodo site and unsubscribed and then changed our password. However today we notice that we are being billed for the service. What the hell is going on?

roaming fee dispute
I requested a callback but haven’t received any phone call. I was charged a roaming fee like I used your service in Hong Kong, but I must have taken out the sim card when I was out of town, so it should have no chance that I used Koodo service when I was not in Canada. I need to request a dispute and revocation please.
Easy Roam activates when near US border, no travel to US
I work as a FedEx delivery agent in extreme southern Ontario (Norfolk County). It has happened once with my old phone and once with my new one that I've been charged for a day of Easy Roam when I have not been in the US, which I can prove with Google Maps GPS info. I learned how to specify only Koodo mobile connections and no data roaming, but it happened again today on my new phone. Thurs. Oct. 13, 2022 ($11 plus HST) and today, Wed. March 8, 2023 ($14 plus HST). I've otherwise gotten used to getting no service in Normandale, Fisher's Glen, Port Ryerse, Vittoria, and a few additional places. I think I should be refunded the $25 plus HST. ***removed screenshots due to visible personal info
Extra Charges on my bill
Hi, I have booked a callback with a rep but did not receive any calls.I have extra charges on my bill that I did not use or enroll to. I need them to be removed. They are:$3 1000min International LD Add-on Some long-distance charges that has a total charge of $3.20 Can someone flag a rep so these charges can be removed?Again, I did not enroll to any of these two nor have made long-distance/international calls. I was charged for a roaming charge twice in one day - for some reason the system thought I was in Mexico but I wasn’t. I was in San Diego and went to the Cabrillo National Monument and National park and it thought I was in Mexico - can you please reverse the charge - it was on March 2nd at 3:55 pmLet me know if you need further information
Hi!I’ve recently activated my phone with Koodo. My first bill has a partial charge from Feb 19 - Feb 25th and full bill cycle of Feb 26 - March 25. However I didn’t actually activate the Sim until March 2nd - the SIM card was shipped to my home and didn’t receive it till then. Will I be credited the full partial charge (Feb 19 -25th) and prorated amount from when i activated (Feb 26th - March 1st) ? Thanks
why is koodo scamming me?
My plan says $60/m (20GB data) and I am yet to pay $60, the first THREE months with this awful company I paid $153, (yes you read that right.) and ever since i’ve been paying $82. Why is koodo scamming me out of my money? I feel like it’s reasonable to want to pay $60 a month when my plan says I should pay $60/m.

Black Friday Deal Billing: Incorrect Charge of $62 instead of $42
Hello,I am reaching out regarding my Black Friday deal which includes $20 credit on every bill for 24-month plan. I noticed that my March 2023 bill does not reflect the $20 credit from my tab bonus balance, resulting in a total bill of $62. I have already contacted a few Koodo representatives over the phone in feb and march, who assured me that my billing issue would be resolved and someone would contact me. Unfortunately, my bills are still incorrect and no one has followed up with me.Could you please help me flag this issue to a representative who can assist in fixing my bill? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.Below is my Feb 2023 bill , here i got monthly credit of $8.70 and $8.70 , but in month of march i didn’t get it and my tab bonus balance is $165.28
