Hi there, I’m Deanne and I’m new to the community.
I recently signed up with Koodo as a new customer, and noticed that the customer sales rep at the store took my cc, even though I did not ask for pre-authorized payments nor was it set up (at least I thought it’s not set up, since self-service online asks if I want to set up pre-auth). I couldn’t find more info about it on my billing history as nothing seems to have been charged through it. Is there a reason behind the rep doing this? Should I be worried?
Is there a way I can confirm that pre-authorized payment has not been set up? I would like to pay for it each time.
