If I sign up for autopay will the $5 off automatically apply to existing plans?

Hi there,
if you have an autopay applicable plan then it will apply as a credit on your monthly bill. It may take up to a bill cycle for autopay to start though. To see if you have an autopay eligible plan, if you just go to change your plan in self serve it will say if you sign up if you get the discount or not. If not, you will need to switch to an autopay applicable plan to receive the credit. I hope this clears things up 🙂

We have checked and your current plans are not eligible for the autopay discount. We recommend checking in self serve the available options, as it should indicate which new plans are eligible for the discount before switching to a different plan.
