I have Tab bonus balance of 165$ . My tab bonus reduction is 15$/month. It was not applied to my September 2024 bill. Also I noticed my tab bonus reduction still not applied to my October bill. I am asking Koodo to apply it to my monthly bill. I have called an agent last month for the same problem , it was not solved yet. Thanks
I don't think the Tab Bonus shows up on your bill. You would have to sign into your Koodo account and check it out there. … it will look like this (mine).
I checked my bill for September and October, No bonus reduction found .
As I mentioned earlier it does not show on your bill.
Sign into your Koodo account.
On the Overview page click on “View Tab balance"
Click on "Tab History"
Look for "Tab Bonus" and click on that
The layout may be a little different depending on what device you use to sign into your Koodo account.
I am talking about my Tab bonus balance, Its definition : It is a discount you got to help save money upfront and each month you are with us it will automatically be reduced. So you wont have to worry about paying it back. My question is Why my Tab bonus balance is not reduced from my monthly bill. Thanks

It seems to go through on the 13’th of every month. Keep an eye on it until the 14 or 15 and you should see it further reduced.
