Hi.

I recently changed my plan. Selected auto pay. Got my credit! Thanks!

Now, I have ported a number from another carrier for a second line on my account for my wife.

Will I get an additional 5.00 for the second line for a total of 10.00 or just 5.00 because both lines are on one accout?

So it's a $5 credit per line that has an applicable autopay plan. So if the phone you ported over also has an auto pay plan, then yes your total credits will be $10. I hope this clears things up 🙂 more on the auto pay discount can be found in the link below.
