My tab shows 0 remaining. My next bill is still the same.

If you are referring to the last bill, this includes the final monthly tab charge for your last agreement.

Starting with your next bill, the monthly tab will no longer appear on the bill unlesss you upgrade to a new phone on a new 2 year agreement.
