I don’t see the $5 discount showing up on my second bill after changing plans. I was already set up for auto pay before this plan. Please advise.

Is the plan you changed to eligible for autopay?

We see the change to the current plan (that is eligible for autopay discount) was made after the October bill date.

The autopay discount will be reflected as of the November bill.
