Hello,
I recently canceled my Koodo account on November 30, 2024, as I moved back to my home country. My account shows a credit balance of - $17.32, and the due date for my final bill is December 11, 2024.
I had been paying my bills through automatic bank payments, but I have not received the refund for the credit balance in my bank account yet.
Since I am currently overseas and unable to use the callback service, I would like to know:
1. Why does this credit balance exist?
2. How can I request a refund while being outside Canada?
I would appreciate any help or guidance regarding this matter.
