When does the epp discount apply? I was said I would be getting a 30% off my plan, and I submitted my documents to the email according to the form.
My first bill is due on somewhere around January. But I don't see any epp credits on my bill statements.
What am I missing?

Usually they give about a 30 day turnaround for EPP credits to be applied.
