Unable to update my city location (Quispamsis) from NB to my billing address. The city location choices are limited over there!!! What's up with this system? I never deal something like this before!
I have cancelled my account and move to a different provider. How can i get my refund if i have already changed my home address?
I recently had to purchase a new phone as my previous one broke, I had a remaining tab on it which I knew I needed to pay, but purchased the new phone first and then expected I would pay off the remaining tab charge after, however when I received my most recent bill I have an extra charge of "tab bonus payoff upgrade " which I was not expecting. No where when I bought the new phone does it say that I would have to pay an extra tab if the remaining balance was not paid off first, had i known this I would have paid the tab before buying the new phone. I have spoken to a representative on the phone and they were of absolutely no help to me in this case and I'm pretty unhappy with koodo service at this point. It's pretty frustrating to me that I'm not warned about this extra charge before buying a new phone. This will probably be the last time I purchase with koodo.
Hello,I just got my second bill and noticed I was charged $33 twice for the monthly tab charge? Has anyone else had a duplicate charge before?
Honestly, I don’t usually need to talk to a person. But when it comes to billing issues why isn’t this an option? I’ll never recomment Koodo to anyone, no matter how cheap it is. I didn’t realize it was this much of an issue to get something resolved. Yes, 90% of stuff can be handled online. But I am not a robot and do not want to communicate with a robot!If I’ve been overbilled how do I resolve this? I cannot schedule a callback because the earliest available is this weekend which I do not have time for. I had time TODAY to talk to someone to get this resolved but apparently that’s not an option. Telus has always had garbage customer service.
Signed up to move from Fido to Koodo on June 11 . I just received the sim card today June 16 by Canada Post and activated, but got a bill from Koodo which shows that they have started charging me as of June 11th. How can I get credit for 5 days.
I have no phone service and don't know why?
Both my son and I received the following text on April 12, 2023. The data charges on my bill however were not waived. A Message from KOODO: We hope you and your family have remained safe during this latest severe weather event. We will be waiving any incurred data overage charges for this current billing month. You do not need to take any action (this will automatically be done for you), and you will see these credits on an upcoming bill.
I was in Australia for my daughters wedding and bought an Australian SIM card. Was there 3 weeks but was charged for data, not even for the whole time I was there. It basically used up all my data so I have now run out well before my billing date. Can’t talk to anyone of course so I’ve had to buy more data as I need my phone. How do I rectify this?
hllow i can not understand this situation, i use it coodo just 1 month and pay 200 $? i made phone calling for contract and can you check it ?they said discount like around 40~50 dollars month since my wife use also coodo,they did not add discount andwhat thet said is we do not know and i need to pay 200 dollars? how it could beand what is that about change phonuber fee is 100 $? one of service agent made mistake and say to me pay it even this is not fault ? what is why i said check the recording but they refuse or they do not have access that's all for 2hours calling

Because I am permanently moving out of Canada I requested both of my lines to be cancelled on different dates. The first one went as expected but regarding the second one today I received the invoice for a full month when it was supposed to end on June 30th. Any help to fix that issue will be highly appreciated it. Right now I am outside of Canada and I cannot call to cancel the line myself.

Hi, I recently moved away and forgot to change my address on file which I believe is why my payments weren’t coming out. I fixed my account settings to set it to my new address, as well as paid the past due bill which was roughly just over $200. I just got my June bill, to be paid by July 5, but it still shows the past due amount + this months payment. Do I have to pay that extra $200 again? Or just pay the current month.
I’m a monthly post-paid Koodo customer. I have another number with another company that I’d like to move to Koodo. But I would strongly prefer to have 2 separate accounts / bills for these 2 numbers. Can that be done ?

Hi there,I'm using an eSIM, and if I travel to the US and turn off my Koodo cellular plan (I have multiple eSIMs with different cellular plans installed) from day 1, would I still be charged for easy roam? Additionally, if I forward my Koodo number to another local phone while traveling and keep the Koodo cellular plan turned off the entire time, would I be charged for anything?Thanks!

I just started a prepaid plan about 3 days ago and I have been on Wifi all the time but I am still showing Data usage, I guess for my texts. Why is this? This is supposed to unlimited texts.
I was switched by Koodo to their “new” servers several months ago (I was an old PC mobile customer). Everything was set up fine and I’ve been paying my bills online on the new Koodo site. Today, I got an email from Koodo saying my bill for June was ready to be paid but all the links in the email pointed to the old Koodo self-serve site (and presumably for my old account). I tried logging in there but the site no longer recognizes my login. The amount due in the email does not match the amount due on the new Koodo self-serve site for June. Can someone help me figure out what this other bill is for? Thanks!
If a plan goes out of market between the time I sign up and the time I activate the SIM, will I still be able to get it? How many days can elapse between sign up and activation?
