I’m unable to pay my bill - I have a total of $121.75 due by April 3rd but the “Pay Now” is greyed out and it says the amount is $0.

 

 

Getting the same exact thing, going to try tomorrow maybe it just has not updated yet?

Was it the latest bill that you tried to pay? What was the total due amount showing up in the billing area?


The area to the right has been updated with the latest bill, but the area to the left is still out of date. 

 


What happens when you call 611?  Are you able to pay over the phone?

I recommend you wait for 1,2 days to see if the amount updated itself. It seems the bill was generated first and there was a delay between the due amount and bill amount. Hopefully it was just a glitch

If that continues after 1,2 days, you could come back here. Someone should be able to flag a rep for you. 

You could also follow Dennis suggestion by dialing 611 to see if the automated system can help you with payment.
