Hi I got an urgent mail about payment required to avoid service disconnection but i already paid my bill 2 days ago. It says today is deadline to keep my account and I think it takes time for the money to be processed (also it’s sunday right now)

In this case, will the service be disconnected?

Did you pay by bank? That takes three business days. I suggest you call #227 right away to avoid your line being disconnected- though I’m not sure if they are open on Sundays. It’s better not to cut it that fine in the future, but that’s water under the bridge I know :)

If your service does get disconnected, you can still call that number and get it restored, though in that case there will be a reconnection fee. Hope it all ends well for you!


Are you sure the e-mail is from Koodo? Sometime it's a fraudulant e-mail just make sure it's legit.
