Last month I top up my account for 25 but it was charged twice ...can you explain why
Are you on a prepaid account? Did you click twice when you topped up?
Well, it's possible you clicked to top up a second time, which would have added 25. If you're topping up your account, you're prepaid. When you log in to your self serve account, does the webpage say Self Serve Prepaid Login?
Worst case you can leave the extra amount on there and it'll go against your balance for next month.
Not refundable but you can use it when you want.
