I've spoken to customer service twice and they were not able to fix my issue.  First time nothing was changed, the second the agent put in the wrong address. I've tried to change it on my own but it won't let me,  even after using multiple browsers, devices and clearing cache and cookies on every device and browser. 

I’ll flag a rep to assist you with manually changing it since you can’t seem to get it working yourself.

I've tried both going through my profile and when checking out. Both fail to update, this is an issue I've been dealing with for almost 2 weeks. 


A rep should see the falgged thread and will come and help you out.

I have the same issue. I change the address, the WEB site says “successful” and the address stays the same and is not updated. Tried two different web browsers, cleared the cash of all, logout and back in and then waited 24 hours. Still the old address. Getting ready to change service providers as this is silly. Got a life to lead.
