Hi, I was just wondering, I got an extension on my overdue balance of $196.31 for May 29th but then I also got a payment arrangement for my outstanding balance of $264.35 for July 4th so do I still have to pay the overdue balance by may 29 or is everything due by July 4th

Since the $264.35 is higher than the $196.31, it looks like your overdue balance was included in the payment arrangement.
Typically payment arrangements have a payment scheduled for every month. What is your payment arrangement amount / schedule? The July 4th date sounds like the time when everything will be paid back if you stick to the arrangement but I am be wrong.
+4If $196.34 were set for May 29th, then you should pay at least that amount by $196.34.
You mentioned it's extended payment arrangements, so if you missed it, then they will stop your service and you need to add $50 for re- connection fee on top of that.
