So the last two months I was overcharged on my phone bill and I didn’t know why. I tried calling twice to the customer service for billing because apparently the sales associates at the kiosk can’t do shit to help you. So I talked to someone on the phone and they kept telling me that I missed a payment. But I did not miss any payments because I checked my bank records and it says the payments were made. I just paid one bill a few days late. The other was a bit more late but I still paid it. Well whoever is in charge of the billing service decided to be a dink and double charge me. I am angry and very upset. I can’t do anything about it so for now I will pay the bill then I will make a plan to go to another phone company for service

My latest bill says I made two 1 minute calls while roaming when I did not. Live on border city but still no calls. Can you please help remove the false charges?

Please refer to my July 1016 bill for the amount of $106.88 the last payment I was billed $73.17 why is my July bill so high? I owe my Smartphone since May 2026. Hello, I wanted to contact Koodo today to understand why my phone bill went up without notice and what my options are for other phone plans.What should have been a simple process turned into a long, frustrating and EXTREMELY disappointing turn of events with Koodo's website, AI chat bot and live agent.Here are my complaints as long standing koodo customer.1. AI agent chat bot on your website is absolute garbage. It always has been.Whatever higher up people decided to use this chat bot software for your website should be fired. It’s clear that Koodo/Telus only cares about money and could give two **** about their customers and customer service.2. It’s impossible to find contact number on your website! Again, another example of Koodo not giving a **** about their customers.After googling it, I found your number and called. The phone script suggests the customer use your AI agent and disconnects call. To be disconnected and redirected to the garbage chat bot is infuriating.3. It takes 15
I was misinformed that a price increase did not apply to me. The increase was added to my account and I took it up with a chat rep. After sending an irrelevant reply, they apologized for the error and offered to apply a one month credit of the increase. I delayed responding because I was away without my credentials (need to repeat them over and over). I finally found out how to get a record of the chat and the last part isn’t there any more. I’m very disappointed with Koodo.
I can't add a line, I can't shop for phones, I can't add device, but they keep bugging me to add home internet, I doubt they'll let me tho, they bugged me for months to switch my my post paid plan to koodoo and all I can do is literally pay my bill? I think I'm going back roblox mobile where I get twice as much for half the cost, Koodo truly just wants ur money , I know it cuz the only om not restricted from is paying my over charged bill!!!! I set up pre-authorized payment and I can see pre authorized payments enabled on Koodo bill screen display. Every month bill paid $44.80 automatically. Please check it out. please give $19 credit.thank you
I noticed that my bill payment, which is automatically withdrawn from my bank account, was $44.80 on May 25, but $54.80 on June 25.Could you please explain why I was charged an additional $10 in June? I have been charged 5 days of roaming when I havent left the country at all. How do I get this changed?
I moved from Koodo to a different telco on June 5. I assumed that since I've moved telcos I'm no longer using Koodo services therefore there is no need to call and cancel as my account would be cancelled automatically. However, I’ve been sent a bill for the entire monthly subscription for June. I'm afraid I might be charged again in Aug for July. I’m currently out of Canada and will not be back before July 31st. So, I switched from Koodo over to Telus, 4 ish years ago. On Koodo's own advice when opening a small business. I was told all was being transfered over to telus and that my account was at zero, nothing owing...ALL transfered, zero worries.A year later, I was sent to collections by Koodo for an outstanding account I had zero knowledge of. Long story short, I ended paying for Koodo's mistake but was eventually assured this would not affect my credit whatsoever.A few months ago, a new potential employer informed me that I was showing a "never reimbursed, never closed" thingy at the credit bureau.I've been trying to reach Koodo about this. The single only phone number I found keeps ending with: hey, go over to our customer service page. Never once have I been able to speak to an actual human being. And lol the customer service online has no option to help me. Thei AI eeps saying it doesn't understand what I m asking. Koodo....I'm a second away from the a BBB complaint.

I switched to Virginplus as a mobile phone carrier in the fall of 2025. Just found out that I had an outstanding amount of $11 from August 24,2024 which I was never made aware of. This amount has been added every month since as outstanding to the credit bureau and in turn drastically diminished my credit rating. Please advise and rectify

On July 3rd, I took advantage of an offer I received via email and in my Koodo online account for streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, CBC Gem) which was advertised as $23+tax/mo. I completed my subscription on the website and paid $25.76 by Visa Debit, then activated my subscriptions. The following day, I noticed a second debit from my bank account of $38.08 labelled as KOODO STREAM PL. Now when I log into my account, I see that my monthly Stream+ subscription fee is $34, not the $23 that was advertised.I submitted a request for a callback yesterday to discuss this. I removed the call screening function and made sure the number wasn’t blocked but did not receive a call. I went back to the app to say this, and the chatbot told me that two more attempts would be made. This morning I realized I had never received a call at all.This afternoon, I submitted another request. I received a call back immediately from a lovely woman who informed me that I had the wrong department
