Archived billing information

Question

Is my July 01, 2023 to Dec 31, 2023 Koodo Phone billing information archived by Koodo and if so is it possible for me to get a copy of it?

Just to add for future reference, you’re correct @R GO the billing for that period would have been archived.

Within your Koodo Self-Serve account, you can access the billing for the last 18 months. Anything prior to that you will not have access too. Older bills can be retrieved by a rep by scheduling a callback through Koodo assist.

As mentioned by MilkyWay, there is a fee for each bill you would like access to that is older than 18 months. Once you tell the rep which bills you would like, they will mail them too you - so make sure they have the most up to date address when you make the request.
