You can follow the link here to cancel https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/smartwatch-faq
To cancel your smartwatch plan, the smartwatch line must be removed from your Koodo account.
- Unpair the smartwatch from your smartphone
- In the watch settings, select “Remove plan”
- Connect to a rep through Koodo Assist to complete the cancellation of the smartwatch line.
