Koodo hasn’t been the best experience, everytime you change your plan then after they send you deals! Changed my number once and was not aware of large billing owing! Ridiculous change it to 180 to 105 still had to pay. I’ve been a good member for 5+ years always paid on time very upset

So, what happened this time?

You changed your plan and they send you a personal/better deal?

Lol iv had Koodo five plus years, iv changed my monthly plan a few times for more or less data or lower or higher rate, yes last time i upgraded and paid for new plan, then only did I receive a text directly referring and offering better adoptions &  offers. Iv paid bills on time for years even changed my number once with them so i was unaware of overdue balance until i recently switched to Fido , then all of a supped I look on Koodo there is $180 bill, only reduced it to $105. It’s all Ridiculous I don’t support them. They’re such a money grab iv sent complaint to CCTS. People have low income and I’m not putting up with surprise bills and payments anymore! I was very disgusted and disappointed from this, I paid the $105 so they do t keep increasing it and ruining my credit! This was originally $40-$50 bounced bill payment? Guess I’m stuck paying double. One last money grab before I went to Fido I see now

So if I understand correctly, you had an overdue balance of $180, and Koodo reduced it to $105?

Were those charges because the service wasn't cancelled when you switched to Fido? Usually, if you port/transfer your number to another provider, that automatically cancels your Koodo service.

Since you filed a complaint with the CCTS, do you know exactly what the charges were for? Was it the remaining Tab balance, monthly service charges, or something else?

Anyway, I guess you're with Fido now, so hopefully things are going more smoothly with them.
