Hi @Engrhamza3

We have looked into it and we can see the previous payment of $9 was related to the partial charges for the plan after the cancelation.

The final bill that was issued a few days ago includes the reversed credit for the autopay discount.

When cancelling in the middle of the billing cycle, any credits that were applied in advanced will be revesed on the final bill, as discounts and credits do not apply for partial billing periods. More info can be found here: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/things-know-about-cancelling-koodo

  1. If you cancel your service before the last day of your billing cycle, credits that were applied in advance on your previous bill will be removed on your final bill. Applicable credits, discounts and promotional offers are applied only for full months of service. They do not apply to partial billing periods.

We recommend downloading the PDF bill in self serve for more details about the charges and let us know if you have  further questions.
