payment due date?

My payment due date is Nov 6.  Why was the autopayment taken out of my bank account on Oct 31?

Pre-authorized payments aren't taken on your bill's due date. They come out approximately 15 days before the last day of your next billing cycle, so Oct 31 with a Nov 6 due date is normal. If that early withdrawal doesn't line up with your budget, you can turn off the automatic withdrawal in Self Serve and pay manually closer to the due date. Check your plan details first, you may lose the auto-pay credit.
