I added funds to my data booster and it went towards my talk booster????  Can I get it cancelled?  Actually it’s my fault, went too fast.  I now have 600 minutes of talk time and will probably never use of all of it in my lifetime.  Any way to cancel it and transfer it to data booster please? 

I have an old iphone that I’d like to give to my 13 year old. The phone was purchased through Koodo and on a monthly plan before I upgraded. I’d like for my child to use it on prepaid account so my question is would I be able to buy a prepaid sim card and add a line to my account or would I need to set up a separate account for him?

I’m trying to set up international roaming on a prepaid plan after I’m already in Europe. The help system says: Log in to your Self Serve account. In the drop-down menu, select Mobile services. Select manage beside the Add-ons section. Find International Voice Roaming ($0/month) and select Add to Plan so you can call and text while travelling outside of Canada and the U.S.and so on. This help information seems to be outdated as the menu options don’t include “Mobile services” and when I go to adding add-ons, there is no international option listed. The information for the US roaming implies that it works internationally but I tried it and have had no luck. Is international roaming actually possible on a prepaid plan, and if so, how?Thanks!

When I click on my voicemail button, listen to my voicemail, and hang up ir tells me the call has failed. This happened once before and they needed to reset my voicemail in my account. Is there anyone from Koodo on here who could do that for me?

I see when I visited US I wasn’t charged the EasyRoam $12/day, i was charged by the data and calling i did.   I’m going to Europe in 2 days and I want to use the Easy Roam $15/day, not the pay-per-use. In my add-ons I added “$15/Day Easy Roam INTL”, but I also have “Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance, International Voice Roaming, and International Data Roaming”.  It won’t let me remove those.  Will I be charged by the data I’m using when in Germany or the $15/day??Thank you The error I get when I try to remove any of these is: “Oops! Some add-ons can't be removed. Please go to koodo.com/chat and enter '#AssistSS' to schedule a callback, and a rep will help you with this.”  And of course, I can’t get a call back and it directs me here.  

Hi i got a new iPhone. Both phone run iOS 16. try to transfer existing esimtransfer between near by phone : „no phone numbers found“ do I really need to buy a new esim everything I buy a phone?

I am in Germany and have both “Data Roaming” and “Mobile data” turned off on my Samsung phone yet I have an “R” showing above my service bars to indicate my phone is roaming. I received a service alert from Koodo yesterday. Are these issued each day the phone is roaming and what further can I do to prevent this? 

On my account I have International data roaming and International voice roaming enabled and will be traveling to Bulgaria for two months.  I will use wifi for data and won’t make calls from my Android phone but I will need to receive text messages.  I will have my Canadian cell phone with Koodo sim card and another phone that will have a Bulgarian sim card and number. How can I can I receive text messages on my Android cell phone with Koodo sim without incurring the $15 a day charge?   If I leave International data/voice roaming enabled on my account will it automatically charge me $15 for the day if I receive a text message from Canada?  If I turn off International data/voice roaming will my Koodo phone receive text messages?  I’ve seen on the web site that there is a $0.60 charge (I assume that is for sending a text) and a $0.25 charge for incoming text under the pay-per-use.  Is this correct?  Will turning off International data/voice roa

Ever since I switched from Telus to Koodo, my data is used way faster, what gives?

I am currently on a monthly plan but I will be out of the country for 3-4 months. Thinking of changing to a $15 plan to keep my number alive. However I can not do it online because $15 plan is not an option online. So does it mean I have to switch to a different carrier in order to achieve this? Thinking Virgin Plus.ThanksJames

I am currently using easy roam in Mexico City (CST) and later today I will be taking a flight to another state in Mexico that will have a different time zone (PST). Will I be charged twice today because they are different time zones? Or will I still be able to use the easy roaming with only one charge today until 11:59pm CST (because I started today’s roaming in the CST time zone) although I will be ending my day in a PST time zone still within the country of Mexico?

I was Driving with doordash yesterday and they had a bug that they since resolved although the bug drained my Data and used over 10GB in less than 5 hours.    When i went to talk to Koodo Support after this i was unable to get an appointment or a response from anyone. I also contacted the doordash support but they were also far from helpful and were basically like "that sounds like a you problem" and told me to contact my phone company... 

I'm in Europe using Easy Roam.  SMS/Data works fine, can't make calls.  International long distance add-on is on the account. Yes, I'm dialling +. I.m on a compatible network (T-mobile NL). Have tried manually selecting the network.I've rebooted the phone many times since arriving.I've reset network settings.VoLTE is ON.I received the welcome text when I arrived.I've gone through the various Koodo troubleshooters, and read many of the community forum posts.I've done a voodoo dance.Can a mod please flag this to Koodo support to help me out? Thanks! 

Hello, I have 2 phone plans under my account and the TABS for both phones are fully paid. Since I am paying $40 3GB UL min Plan SFD for each phone, I wanted to upgrade my phone plan (2 phones) that Koodo is currently offering.  I don’t have any intention at the moment to get a brand new phone for this upgrade as the phones are currently working as it should be.Can I ask Koodo to guide me as to how can I do a plan upgrade. Thanks 

Any chance more streaming services other than Netflix Premium, Apple +, Discovery + going to be added to Stream +?  Perhaps Prime, Disney +, Paramount +?

We are currently visiting in the US.  Before entering the US, we turned off our cellular data and roaming and  we have not texted or called or checked voice messages.  I tried the Koodo Chat assistant and it doesn't understand what I need help with.  I requested a callback, but the response is that they don’t make international calls.  So how do I get this rectified?  We’ll be here in the US for a bit longer.  How can I avoid having this happen again.  Does Koodo just randomly tack on roaming charges for no reason?   

If we activate call forwarding without the add on, and a person leaves a long voicemail, do we get charged per minute for the voicemail?

Hi - I am in PEI . I have been using fb and twitter for community support services like getting people fed and washed. I have not been watching movies! So I need to be able to get more top ups please. You blocked me at 6.  And can we get extended past oct 3? Over 30% of the province is out of power still and   a good number of us are on Eastlink which is not able to restore their lines until OCT 20. So with no WIFI what do we do?I really appreciate the support so far and hope we can continue this until we are out of the weeds.  thanks!  

I'm trying to add another line on my bill, for some reason it isn't allowing me to do so just keeps trying to upgrade my current lines. My bill  is always paid and haven't had any issues in a few years. Ice been a koodo customer for 11 years. Please help me.

Hi there,I’m in Italy using Easy Roam and expecting an incoming call from a U.S. number. I don’t usually get charged for these calls in Canada, but will I be charged for this call while I am on Easy Roam in Italy?

I have two accounts with two plans, two phones and two phone numbers, one  $50 plan 5GB and a $47 plan 8GB. No tab balance on either. I want a new phone for the $47 account - can I consolidate the two by adding a line to one account? If I add a line to the $50 account and order a new phone ($24 tab), can I migrate the phone nunmber from the $47 account and close that account? What will my total new monthly cost be?  

So i want to change my plan to have more data. My cycle resets on the 28th, at 12:00am.Since today is the 26th, if i change it today would i get a high proration charge? I assume not, but i want to be sure.If not today, what if i change it tommorow on the 27th? Or on the 28th- would that be a bad idea?What would be the best course of action to avoid or minimize fees? 

I have had a koodo prepaid account for several years. Recently, I have been using up my data boosters more quickly than I would like, so I want to upgrade to a plan with more data included. The problem is that I have auditory processing disorder and never make voice calls, so I do not want to pay for unlimited calling that I can’t use. My current base plan includes 250mb data and unlimited text, but no talk time, which suits my needs. There don’t seem to be any comparable prepaid or postpaid phone plans available. The closest thing I can find are tablet plans that require an active phone plan. Is there any way to sign up for a data plan on its own, or to trade the unlimited calling for extra data?
