Hello,

 

I have 2 phone plans under my account and the TABS for both phones are fully paid. 

Since I am paying $40 3GB UL min Plan SFD for each phone, I wanted to upgrade my phone plan (2 phones) that Koodo is currently offering.  I don’t have any intention at the moment to get a brand new phone for this upgrade as the phones are currently working as it should be.

Can I ask Koodo to guide me as to how can I do a plan upgrade.

Hi there, if you are only looking to change your rate plans, you can do so in your Self serve, under “ Manage plan and add-ons” https://koo.do/MyServices and click on “ Change my plan”
