I was Driving with doordash yesterday and they had a bug that they since resolved although the bug drained my Data and used over 10GB in less than 5 hours. When i went to talk to Koodo Support after this i was unable to get an appointment or a response from anyone. I also contacted the doordash support but they were also far from helpful and were basically like "that sounds like a you problem" and told me to contact my phone company...

Well if Doordash drained your data, there isn’t much that Koodo can do. I suggest you insist that Doordash help you with that… it’s their bug after all.
