linking Netflix to stream+

Hi

i am to link my account Netflix that I already have with stream+ but I get this error : Sorry, we are unable to complete that action now. Please try again later.

my Koodo email is not the same has the Netflix account.

any help? Thank you!

    You will need to contact Netflix directly to link your existing accounts to Koodo.

    @LucasC It doesn’t appear you have activated the services (Neflix, Apple tV and discovery+) yet. Remember you do have to log into your Koodo account and start the activation there, then you will be able to link your accounts. This FAQ may help :
