So I'm trying to change my plan to the $45 60Gb 5G plan with unlimited international sms but Koodo isn't letting me change my plan. This is an issue I've been having for weeks but the Koodo chat assistant won't even let me schedule a callback to get help from a support rep.
A few days ago I changed my monthly plan from 4G LTE to a 5G plan with additional data at the same price which I thought was a good deal for me. However since doing this I have a sneaky suspicion that I am still on the 4G network and not the 5G plan I switched to. When at home on my WiFi I don’t get any indication as to which network I am on and the past few days since switching networks when away from home I get a display that I am on the LTE network and have yet to ever see that I am now on 5G. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so is there a way to resolve this situation so I am getting what I pay for? Thank you in advance for all replies and suggestions.
Yesterday I signed onto a promotional Koodo plan two days ago. Since then I have been trying many times to pick the “Unlimited international SMS/MMS” perk and was unsuccessful. Each time I encountered the ice cream screen and asked me to check back after an hour. Now 24hrs later, still the same. Please help. Thanks.
The website doesn’t mention if calling cellphones in the participating countries are included in the Unlimited Long Distance Pack. Usually, calling cellphones comes with an extra charge in other companies. Is this the same with this perk? Or are both landlines and cellphones included?Many thanks in advance!
I've tried multiple times to either change my rate plan to the 45 dollar 60 gb 5G plan and it keeps just declining me saying I can't change my perk at this time. I've also tried a few times for a callback and it keeps telling me about cyber monday deals and not allowing me to get to the callback sheduling part.
I’m trying to switch to the Black Friday $35/50gb plan *OR* the $40/60gb plan which is available to me on Self Serve. When I process the plan change online it says that it goes through but no change is actually made. I currently have a $55 tab with 11 months remaining, and I know for a fact that family & friends in a similar situation were able to make a plan change and have their tabs carry over to the new plan with no penalties. I do not wish to pay off the tab in full because this will trigger the phone discounts to be revoked, costing me hundres of dollars, so the tab needs to move over to the new plan. I need the 1250 minutes LD $0 add-on to also carry over to the new plan (US calling). The $20/month discount on my account for the remainder of the tab (11 months) also needs to remain after plan change. If there is a loyalty deal out there which includes calling/texting/data roaming to US at a similar price point (like Telus does) I would be interested in reviewing that optio

I’m looking to change my Koodo plan to one of the plans offered in the Black Friday sale. The store representatives told me to schedule a call with Koodo and they’ll be happy to help, however, the chat feature is not working to schedule a call anymore. I’m currently on a $45 plan which gives me 10GB data and I found out that Koodo has a new plan for $29 with 30GB. It is disappointing to see that the plan is only for new customers in store and previous customers are being forced to have much worse plan offering less than half data at increased prices. I’ve had a great experience with Koodo thus far but it is utterly upsetting to see how Koodo treats their loyal customers. Can someone please suggest me anyway to get in touch with the support and upgrade my plan before the Black Friday deals last?
Hello. I am so confused with all the options and technicalities. It is like solving a puzzle trying to change your plans. I didn't realize I could keep my $20 per month discount if I changed rate plan to one with the same cost as my current one. I chose a cheaper plan ($45/month) when I could have picked the Can-US $65 per month plan at the same price with discount. Mod is there anyway you can assist me with making that switch please. I would have chosen that if I had known the “trick” about picking a plan with the same cost to keep the discount. Any help is appreciated.
Hi there! I see a new plan in my offers that I would like to switch to. However, when I choose it and the perk I want, the confirm changes page shows no perk selected. Is there a way to fix this please? I have not switched to the plan yet as I didn’t want to lose the perk. Thank you!!
Looking to purchase a new phone for a Christmas gift. Currently on 4G LTE. My question is. If I purchase the new phone I will switch to a new 5G plan with new sim card. Can I still use the old sim card and old phone until Christmas? If not maybe use the new sim card in the old phone.

I am doing ok so far with this plan, but obviously would be more happier with more data for less $.I wanted to get your opinion if I should make the switch. Free Pixel 7 offer - Can I still upgrade my tab/plan without having to pay for the phone in full out of pocket?
Hi,Last Thursday I decided to go for the free Google Pixel 7 offer with what was a ‘$55 for 60GB’ plan that was available to me at the time. On Saturday I noticed in my Self Serve that there was an option to upgrade my plan to ‘$55 for 80GB’. I read some of the supporting help documentation and from what I understood, as long as the particular TAB option is listed in my Self Serve, there shouldn’t be any problems in switching over. That being said, I am now hearing from certain Koodo customers that I can’t change ANYTHING in my TAB, because if I do I will be charged for the phone in full, negating the TAB Bonus (free phone) offer. I need help from a Koodo customer rep to clarify this situation for me so I don’t get any surprise bills next month. If I really can’t make any changes to my plan while I am on Tab Bonus, is there a way to put it back to the way it was before I made the upgrade to the 80GB plan?
