I have not been able to activate my Basic Stream +.

The TELUS Films & Series, and 50+ free streaming channels aspect of my plan has refused to activate. it's over 10 months now and I cannot use this feature in my subscription. Please help

You don’t need to activate TELUS Films and Series, you can download the TELUS TV+ app and log in using your Koodo self serve credentials.

@Flo Koodo The Telus subscription is in my spouse email and this offer is in my email. What do I do to enjoy this service

If your plan has the service included, just do as Flo said, and login to the Telus TV+ app with your Koodo email and password.
