I have an iphone11, which is not compatible with 5G. All the new plans that Koodo offer say that they are “at 5G speed”. Does that mean that my phone will not be able to use them? Or will my phone simply connect to 4G and the plan will work?

Hi there,
Choosing a 5G plan just means you will have access to 5G data speeds if you use a compatable device. You're correct with option 2 - your device will just use 4G LTE speeds as opposed to 5G even if you have a 5G plan.
If you upgrade to a device with 5G compatability with the plan, you will be able to use 5G speeds where it is available. Calling and texting will still work fine. 🙂👍
