what is included in the International long distance perk

On the website I am trying to fins out what countries are included in the International Long Distance perk.

I am probably being dumb but I can’t find the page where it shows you which countries are included.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Just so you know, those are for calls made from CANADA to those countries. If you’re travelling in those countries, the call will count as roaming.
