I booked a KooDoo Europass yesterday but did not want this to commence until Wednesday September 24th. How do I change the start date of this service?

Hi there,
You can request a Koodo Travel Pass early and it can remain on your account unused for up to 30 days. Once you make the request, it gets added to your account immedietly but you're not charged until you begin to use it.
The pass usage won't begin until you go to one of the applicable countries of the pass and begin roaming.
